Solyx AI builds infrastructure, not audiences. This site carries no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through our contact form.
Solyx AI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Miami, Florida. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company and message. Email is required; the rest are optional. We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry.
Our hosting and security providers record standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We set one cookie, placed by Cloudflare for security and rate limiting. It is strictly necessary to operate the site and is not used to profile you. We set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies.

Webflow, which hosts this site and receives contact form submissions.
Our email provider, which delivers those submissions to a Solyx AI inbox.
Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security.
Google, which provides the reCAPTCHA service protecting our contact form from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
We are based in the United States and our providers store information there. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to the United States. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider concerned, to protect those transfers.
We do not target our services to individuals in the EEA or the UK and have not appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR. We will do so if that changes.
We retain contact form submissions for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period as set by our hosting and security providers. We keep information for longer only where a legal obligation requires it.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request a copy of it, to request its correction or deletion, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
In the past twelve months we have collected identifiers, which is to say name, email address, company name and IP address, along with the content of any message you send us, and internet activity in the form of server logs. We collect these from you directly and automatically from your device. We disclose them to the service providers listed above for the business purposes described.
We have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the past twelve months, and we do not do so now. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link; you may still exercise your other rights using the contact details below.
Email info@solyx.ai and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within 30 days for GDPR requests and within 45 days for California requests, and will tell you if we need longer. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, usually by replying from the address you originally contacted us from. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
This site is served over HTTPS and our contact form is protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, say so on this page. Please check back from time to time.
